WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Country Kids Popcorn does not accept returns. For refund questions, please send an email with a picture of the shipping box and the product along with the reason(s) for requesting a refund. Please do not discard of the original packaging or product in the case that a claims process needs to be initiated.
IS COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN GLUTEN FREE?
No. However, many of our signature recipes are gluten free.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER STAY FRESH?
Our popcorn is made fresh to order without the use of artificial preservatives. Typically, popcorn picked up in the store will stay fresh for about 3to4 weeks until the package is opened.
Product that is shipped will last 2-3 weeks, after you received it, in the sealed container until it’s opened. Then it depends on how you handle the product.
Candied flavors will offer a longer shelf life than our Savory varieties. If you are placing an order for a future event, you may select a pickup or ship out date at checkout. This is a great way to pre-order for the holidays!
To optimize your popcorn's freshness, store in a cool and dry environment. Once opened, let the air out of the bag and seal tightly.
When ordering our chocolate coated popcorn, please note that the chocolate may melt during hotter summer months. This will not affect the taste, and the chocolate will re-harden at room temperature.
IS COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN PRESERVATIVE FREE?
Yes, our recipes are preservative free.
IS COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN KOSHER?
We do not have a kosher certification.
IS COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN VEGETARIAN?
Most flavors are Vegetarian. Many of our signature recipes do not contain meat, gelatin, egg or dairy. The vegetarian flavors are noted with a V next to them on the Flavors Page.
IS COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN VEGAN?
No, because we use refined sugar. However, we do offer Movie Theatre and Classic Popcorn that are Vegan options.
WHERE CAN I FIND ALLERGEN INFORMATION?
All Country Kids Popcorn is produced in facilities that also process dairy, and soy products. We are however a nut free environment even though we are not certified. Signature recipes are gluten free and preservative free. For more allergen information, please contact us about specific allergies and we will provide a response.
DOES COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN SHOPS® FRANCHISE?
The company is privately family owned and currently does not franchise.
We are an independent, locally-owned and operated company based in Hopewell Junction NY.
DOES COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN SHOPS ACCEPT ANY DONATION REQUESTS?
Country Kids Popcorn Shops® is very committed to giving back to the communities in which we serve. Country Kids Popcorn works directly with many non-profits and charitable organizations in and around Dutchess County. Please email us and tell us about your organization, charity and/or event. We recommend that you contact us with as much notice as possible, as our quarterly donation quota often fills up very quickly.
WHAT CAN DELAY MY ORDER?
Legal holidays, inclement weather and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing. Any orders with address issues will be cancelled.
PROMOTION CODE INFORMATION
If you would like to apply a promotion code, please use it during the checkout process. The promotion is valid on purchases through the date listed in the promotion. Most online promotions are not valid in Country Kids Popcorn Shop and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, and are VOID if altered, reproduced or unauthorized. Not redeemable for cash or credit.
IS THIS WEBSITE SECURE?
Yes. Country Kids Popcorn Shop uses the Square to protect our customers’ credit card number and other confidential information.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
We will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail once UPS has picked up the shipment. To ensure that you receive all of our emails, please add CountryKidspopcorn@gmail.com to your address book or trusted sender list.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Tap Payments in the store and Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express credit cards in the store and for all on-line orders.
DOES MY ORDER SHIP ON THE DAY I PLACE THE ORDER?
Because we freshly handcraft your popcorn items to order, we are unable to ship on the order date. Your order will ship the next business day via UPS Ground.
CAN I SHIP OR HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED ON THE WEEKEND?
Except for major holidays, UPS picks up and delivers Monday-Saturday.
CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE TINS IN A BOX?
Our boxes are specially designed to protect your Country Kids Popcorn order. Consequently, each box holds only one tin.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
No, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
DOES COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN SHOP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time. We are looking to expand or shipping area in the near future.
Since our family recipes are preservative-free, we cannot guarantee freshness due to extended delivery times.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES?
Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional charges apply.
OTHER UPS CONSIDERATIONS
A signature is generally not required for delivery. UPS may leave your order at the front door.
CAN I USE GIFT CARDS IN THE SHOP? ONLINE?
Yes, gift cards are redeemable in Shop and online. Country Kids Popcorn gift cards are shipped via US Postal Service and do not expire.
DOES COUNTRY KIDS POPCORN SHOP CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes, sales tax is charged for all sales inside the store and for shipped orders.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Please call as soon as possible. Once your order has been packaged for shipping, no changes or cancellations can be made.

IF I WANT TO PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE SHOP, SHOULD I PLACE I PLACE MY ORDER AHEAD OF TIME?
We recommend placing your order in advance. Our standard turnaround time is 2 hours, though for larger orders please place your order 2+ days ahead of time. For very large orders (holiday gifts, corporate gifts and special events), please place your order a couple weeks in advance.
Please keep in mind that we get busy during holidays, so to ensure we have the quantity and flavors you are looking for, you may place a preorder via our website, by e-mail, by phone, or at our retail store.
CAN I REALLY HELP MYSELF TO SAMPLES IN YOUR STORE?
Absolutely! We encourage you to find your flavor at Country Kids Popcorn. It's why we're here and love what we do! Visit our shop to sample over 20+ flavors of popcorn. Samples are so important to the Country Kids experience, we are considered the Best Sampling Room in the Hudson Valley.
USUALLY WE HAVE SELF SERVE STATION, BUT DO TO THE CURRENT HEALTH CONCERNS, WE HAVE SUSPENDED SELF SERVE.
IS IT TRUE THAT I CAN REFILL MY POPCORN TIN?
No, at this time we are not allowed to refill tins. You can however purchase bags to refill your tins.
I AM HOSTING AN EVENT. DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL FLAVORS AND/OR COLORS?
Absolutely—we like how you think! Let us help you create an unforgettable wedding, event, corporate gift or tailgate party. We offer custom flavors, custom colors, and custom toppings. Don't forget the addition of custom packaging and logo labels. Custom orders typically require extra lead time and an order minimum of (equivalent to a Party Bag). Most custom orders are available at no extra charge, unless special ingredients are requested. Please stop in or call the shop, or email us to talk further about your custom popcorn order.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE BAGS FOR RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS?
Not at this time, but we are interested to speak to you about your program/reguest.
IS YOUR POPCORN AVAILABLE FOR FUNDRAISERS?
Absolutely! Check out our fundraising page for more information. We can make adjustments to compliment your program.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
Please visit our Alergin Page to see each flavor's allergen notes. Please note that because our popcorn is a made in a facility that processes soy, gluten and dairy products, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. However, we are a nut free facility.
ARE YOUR POPCORN KERNELS non-GMO?
Yes, all our popcorn kernels used are Non GMO. Enjoy!
